Review by hotel critic
I'm Emily Johnson, a nature enthusiast from down under, Sydney, Australia. What I appreciate most in a hotel are exceptional cleanliness, friendly staff, and a convenient location. The hotel I chose ticked all these boxes and more. From the minute I arrived, I was impressed by the hassle-free check-in, secure parking, and the room's impeccable cleanliness. Despite the new air cons not being programmed yet, the staff promptly provided a stand-alone heater for our comfort. The spacious shower, ample towels, and blackout curtains ensured a restful stay. The friendly and helpful staff, like Allison, made our experience truly memorable. From assisting with printing documents to handling power outages, their service was exceptional. The hotel's location near Strand Beach, restaurants, and shops made it a perfect base to explore the area.I highly recommend this establishment for its exceptional cleanliness, friendly service, and prime location. My time at the hotel was nothing short of delightful, and I was sad to leave.
